MOOD opened its doors in 2019 in the heart of Andorra with a very clear idea: to create a restaurant that reflects a contemporary way of experiencing gastronomy.

Our team

Behind MOOD's kitchen is Cédric Dubois, the restaurant's executive chef and one of the key figures in the project's gastronomic identity.

His cuisine stems from a deep passion for the product and for gastronomy's ability to surprise through flavors. At MOOD, Cédric develops a concept that combines tradition and modernity, fusing current techniques with a solid culinary foundation to create dishes full of nuances, color, and balance.
